FaceTite New Jersey
Jump to:
The minimally invasive nature and effectiveness of FaceTite is making it an increasingly popular procedure at Z Facial Plastic Surgery. This face tightening procedure is answer for those who are not yet candidates for a facelift, or those who do not wish to have a more invasive surgical procedure.
What is FaceTite?
FaceTite is an innovative facial rejuvenation procedure that uses radiofrequency to tighten the facial skin during a relatively simple in office procedure. A thin cannula is passed through a tiny needle size hole in the skin, emitting energy that stimulates this tightening and contraction in the desired areas. The word “FaceTite” refers to the use of this technology to address the lower face, jowls, and jawline region. The nasolabial folds and submental (under chin) areas can also be addressed at the same time. See our video on the difference between facetite, necktite, and accutite for more clarification.

The FaceTite Procedure
During the FaceTite procedure, Dr. Z will give you an oral pain medication along with an anti-anxiety mediation to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Additionally, we offer patients the option to use our nitronox system. Dr. Z will then administer a local anesthetic (numbing medication) to the treatment areas in order to make sure that there is no pain during the procedure. He will then make several tiny holes with a needle in the appropriate areas (usually near the ear lobes and in front of the jowls). The thin cannula of the device is passed through these holes in order to deliver the energy and tighten the desired areas. Patients are awake and comfortable in a partially reclined position throughout the process. Most patients exclaim that it is much easier than a dental procedure.
The FaceTite Recovery Process
FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that does not require a long period of recovery afterward. Patients can expect a short recovery period and expect to return to their normal daily activities within a few days after the treatment. Strenuous activity is avoided during the first few days to limit swelling and bruising. An elastic bandage is worn for the first 3-4 days, then at night only for another 7 days. We’ll provide you with post-treatment instructions that will help guide you through the recovery process and assist in providing you with the best results possible.
Ideal Candidates For FaceTite
FaceTite is an excellent cosmetic procedure for those dealing with loose, sagging facial skin and desires a substantial improvement in their facial aesthetic without the need for invasive surgical techniques. During a consultation with Dr. Z, you will receive an assessment of your facial skin and discuss your medical history to help determine if the FaceTite treatment is right for you.
How Much Does FaceTite Cost in New Jersey?
