What is Liquid Rhinoplasty? (AKA Non-surgical Nose Job)
At our practice in New Jersey, liquid rhinoplasty is becoming increasingly more popular. Often called the 15-minute nose job, liquid rhinoplasty is a cosmetic procedure designed to improve the shape of the nose. Unlike the traditional rhinoplasty procedure, this treatment does not involve overly invasive surgical procedures to achieve the desired result. Instead, we utilize an injectable filler to temporarily transform the structure of the nose.

How long does Liquid Rhinoplasty last?
The non-surgical rhinoplasty results last up to 1 year, and sometimes even longer.
How long is the recovery for Liquid Rhinoplasty?
Unlike traditional Rhinoplasty, the non-surgical nose-job does not actually have any recovery time. The nose will get some very mild swelling for the first 1-3 days, and the tip can stay tender (not painful) for 5-7 days. However, patients can go out in public immediately after the procedure and there are no limitations on activity.
What to Expect During the Liquid Rhinoplasty
Performing liquid rhinoplasty is relatively simple when compared to the traditional method. After discussing your desired results, Dr. Zhuravsky will determine the specific way that he can achieve those results.
Dr. Z applies a customized topical anesthetic ointment to the nose. This takes anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes to fully numb the area. Dr. Z will then assure that the nose is fully numb before injecting. The procedure itself takes 5 to 10 minutes as Dr. Z injects small amounts of filler into very specific areas and sculpts the desired appearance.
